Submitting the Timesheet
The tab menu item is visible to all users and must be updated with weekly time information.
To start ...
Select the work-week from the dropdown and click .
Add Timesheet details
On the week page, select a project, then task and enter hours spent on the task for the week.
Add additional projects and tasks
Click for a new project and + to add a new task for the project.
NOTE:
An employee cannot submit hours when Project/Task End Date is past the due date as entered by the Project Manager for corporate employees and
Timesheet Approval Manager or Account Manager for non-corporate employees.
View Project Details
Click the eye icon to view the project details.
Copy Previous Week
To copy the previous week's projects, tasks, and hours into this week, click .
Add comments, upload documents and delete a task

icon to add a comment to the task.

icon to upload a document to the task.

icon to delete the task.
Leave and Holiday
Employee leave and company holiday information are auto-populated from the portal.
Project or task past due
Users cannot submit hours when Project or Task End Date is past the date entered in the Timekeeper. To update the project or task end date, contact the Project Manager if you are a corporate employee and Timesheet Approval Manager or Account Manager if you are a non-corporate employee.
Work Hours
The regular working hours for a week are 40. You can still submit less or more than 40 hours but you will need to click on a confirmation window.
Save and Submit
Click to save the updated timesheet.
Click to submit the timesheet for approval.
Click to go to the homepage without saving.
